Kevin Singer, president and founder of Receivership Specialists, holds a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. Mr Singer has worked in various areas of real estate and property management for the majority of his professional career.

In addition to working as court-appointed court receiver, court referee, and partition referee, Mr. Singer is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed general contractor, and a United States bankruptcy court custodian.
