Jeffrey C. Engerman: Senior Project Manager

Jeffrey C. Engerman, with an extensive and varied background in business, law, real estate, and project management, has worked with Receivership Specialists since 2015. A proven leader, Mr. Engerman works closely with Kevin Singer and John Rachlin, Receivership Specialists’ founders, managing cases requiring his specific skills and areas of expertise.

Mr. Engerman is an integral component of Mr. Singer’s work as a court receiver, partition referee, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. Mr. Engerman works from Receivership Specialists’ offices in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.

Mr. Engerman earned his law degree from the School of Law at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with Dean’s Honors in 1996, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from from Tulane University in 1990.
