David Kamm
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kamm headed the Residential Management Division of Birtcher American Properties, in conjunction with the REO department of the former American Savings & Loan.
While working for Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was the development coordinator of the 100, 200 and 300 UCLA Medical Plaza public-private venture, working extensively with architects, contractors, project managers, lenders, and university representatives, both at the campus and state level. In addition to the $175 million, 600,000 square foot UCLA project, Mr. Kamm served as asset manager for Held Properties’ one million square feet of office and medical office buildings, and was in-house counsel for lease negotiations.
After Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was Department Head and Vice President of Client Communications for MullinTBG, a financial services firm whose clients included the top executives of The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, The Cheesecake Factory, and other firms.
Mr. Kamm is a licensed attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar who earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles.
Mr. Kamm’s vast experience and skills in organizational, real estate, project and legal experience brings additional depth to the project management team of Receivership Specialists.
