San Rafael, Calif. (January 11, 2011) – The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Mateo today appointed Kevin Singer as Receiver in the case of JP Morgan Chase Bank vs. Jose L. Gomez.
This case involves the appointment of a Receiver to administer and manage a 6 unit apartment building located at 319 Popular Avenue, Redwood City, California 94061.
