Alameda County, Oakland Superior Court Appoints Superior Court Receiver Kevin Singer To Administer And Manage Two Properties Used For Student Housing
Oakland, Calif. (June 17, 2010) – The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Alameda today appointed Kevin Singer as Receiver in the case of Budget Financial Company. vs. Gregory J. Tyler.
This case involves the appointment of a Receiver to administer and manage two properties used for student housing located at 2401 Warring Street, and 2815 Channing Way, Berkeley, California 94704.
