Woodland, Calif. (November 15, 2010)- The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Yolo today appointed Kevin Singer as Receiver in the case of California Bank & Trust vs. Kentucky Street, LLC.
This case involves the appointment of a Receiver to protect, manage and sell a 65,000 sq. ft. industrial complex located at 1500 East Kentucky Ave., Woodland, California 95695.
