Oakland, Calif. (May 15, 2010) – The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Alameda today appointed Kevin Singer as Receiver in the case of Bank of Alameda. vs. Willow Court Lofts.
This case involves the appointment of a Receiver to complete entitlements and construction, manage and sell 12 work/live condominiums located at 1675-1695 15th Street, Oakland, California 94607.
